Get to know Sydney!
Once described (by her best friends ex boyfriend) as "Effortlessly Quirky", Canadian native, Sydney Gauvin, grew up in Brampton Ontario. the same birthplace of Michael Cera! Her passion and love for singing, dancing, acting and all things theatrical ignited when she was 7 years old. When one magical day of kindergarten, her teacher told her mother to put her in theatre. Miss Jones if you're reading this, you changed her life!
Clearly, Little Sydney really took to performing. Her local community theatre group gave her the chance to spread her little wings. Here is where she began to really hone her craft. She continued to study acting throughout her high-school career in a regional arts program. Not letting little Sydney's dream die, she later graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (New York). AMDA was a dream for both Little and Big Sydney and, she is so grateful for her time there
After graduation, Sydney returned home, due to the on-going Pandemic. Coming back home wasnt the original plan, but if there is anything to know about "show biz" nothing ever goes as planned! However unplanned coming back home was, Sydney has been working professionally ever since.

Between self tapes, classes and crying, Sydney passes the time by reading (you can check out her goodreads reviews here:____). She is an avid movie watcher, dog petter, crossword puzzle enthusiast and, is often found playing Bananagrams or facetiming her besties.
